They know their stuff and if you want results then this is the place to be. Adam helped me lose 18lbs in 10 weeks and I really do feel much healthier and fitter. Highly recommend

First visit to HQ Fitness today. Amazing PT session with all the equipment you could wish for. Bodysculpt class tonight, so good to have face to face classes again, and we were all socially distanced. Stringent Covid measures in place, temp check on arrival, hand sanitiser, all equipment cleaned down before and after use. Really happy to be training in a safe environment.
