CORVID-19 Practice Update
These are trying times for all so we have extended our Practice hours in order to be able to offer our online/telephone Counselling service across the UK. During this time we are also lowering our fees for those working in critical or essential services.

I help men and women who feel stressed and overwhelmed and feel life is a rollercoaster. I help you achieve balance and peace gaining self-esteem, to live the life you want.
I help children and young people who feel anxious, lost and angry. Helping them feel supported, heard and understood.

I offer a non-judgemental, safe, confidential space where you can talk about what’s bothering you and make sense of where you are at.
We will work together at your own pace, to help you find your own answers to whatever life has thrown at you.
We will take that journey together for however long you need it to be.

I believe we all are our own experts and that we have within us the ability to change and become the best we can be. It is just sometimes we need a helping hand.

I have +15 years in the NHS specialising in Mental Health, working with people who have experienced difficulties with :- anxiety, stress, depression, relationships, adverse life events, loss and bereavement, abuse, eating disorders, caring responsibilities, anger, assertiveness, difficult childhood experiences, life’s changes and transitions.

I have Diplomas in both Occupational Therapy and Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Fees
An initial appointment, in full or part, carries a £50 fee with subsequent fees being, in full or part, £55/appointment. For children and young people £60 for the initial session and £65 for subsequent ones
Payment is made either prior to or at the end of each session by cash, cheque (payable to the Counsellor) or by e-transfer.

Further Information
Our office is in Inverness Monday - Friday 10am till 5pm, Saturday 10am till 2pm. Evening sessions are available as required. We offer telephone and online sessions throughout the UK.
