Zengani Ndovi came to my rescue when my TV aerial failed. He telephoned me and arrived punctually the next day. He was fully equipped and qualified to diagnose the problem and improve my aerial. After 20 years and trying numerous A/V engineers, I have at last discovered Aerial services. The principle Zengani Ndovi is not only extraordinarily pleasant and reassuring but most importantly is the first engineer to fully diagnose, explain and refit my entire AV system to total satisfaction and performance. He has made good all previous attempts to load and boost my connectivity which consistently failed, and at last is someone who has provided the best wiring and devices and did an entire diagnostic review of the system and connectivity. What do you love most about your job?
Audio-visual architecture has never been just been a job to me, it is my passion. I've been a visual engineer my entire life, problem solving solutions from laptops to rewiring CAT5 networking. I enjoy persuing an idea from start to finish, and pleasure from knowing I have exceeded the customers satification.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked for other small firms, being a key role in creating a sucessfull Audio Visual solutions business for them, I have decided it is time for me to follow my own passion, and put all of that work & more into my own company. I am now pleased to be able to put each and every customer as a priority, working with them to exceed their expectations. This was not as achievable in my previous roles, as working to tight timeframes for each job within a larger team meant being asked to reduce customer interaction.
I have always dreamt to one day run my own business, but I have always procrastinated due to one reason or the other. Towards the end of 2015 my mum was diagnosed with bowel cancer and I realised that we are living on borrowed time and there's no time like the present. So, I gathered up the carriage to resign and start up my own business.
