When we are all satisfied with the design we will if planning is required submit the application on your behalf, answer any queries raised by the planning officer and make any minor amendments to the drawings Free of Charge.

We are able to either give you a competitive price for your project using our own team. Alternatively, manage the project on your behalf on a self-build basis.

In the unlikely event that your planning application is refused and you decide to appeal the decision. We are able to manage the appeal process on your behalf.
