John, Kirsty, Drew and Chris from Rapid Response recycling are amazing and I was in awe of them as a team as they dismantled an old shed and concrete garage for us very fast and efficiently and without a single problem and the entire area was cleared within 3 hours which was a shock as both the shed and garage were also full of junk and bulky stuff also.

Had heard about Rapid Response Recycling on the radio and contacted them for a house clearance in Stockbridge area.
Spoke to Kris and he arranged the work to be done a few days later.
Team turned up at exactly 10am as promised and got straight to task taking away all my junk, disconnecting and removing a cooker and carrying all down two flights of stairs, all literally done within 15 mins. It would have taken us a whole day if doing it by ourselves.
I like how they give you an allocated time also and not
a wide ended “between 9am - 5pm” like most other services give you which leaves you waiting in all day.

It was a pleasure meeting and working with John and his 5 person team after I used them to clear my late fathers house.
It was refreshing to see 2 woman working along side the guys also and they were all so helpful and even disconnected the washing machine and cooker and that was good news also as the other companies that quoted for the clearance said that I would have to arrange that myself so Rapid including that service within their quote saved me an extra hassle and expense.

Thanks to Kirsty, John and Keith from Rapid for making the process of emptying the contents of my mother’s house in Dunfermline after she went into a care home recently.

I cannot recommend John and his team enough as they are really professional and make sure that they do not damage your property whilst collecting your junk.
We have old antique stair rails on a spiral staircase and John made extra sure that the junk came out of the upper flat without any damage, the price was very fair and they are very helpful.
