What do you love most about your job?
Helping businesses and people get the most out of their IT systems. When I take on a new client who seems to spend all their time dealing with IT issues and turn this round to the client have an efficient IT system supporting them in running their business - changing IT dominating what they do each day to IT supporting them do their job and grow the business. This gives me a real buzz and sense of achievement.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I could see the company I was working for turning down valuable business while struggling to go after business they thought they needed. I felt frustrated at not being able to help these customers so an opportunity came along and I jumped at the chance. I have now been running IT companies for some 35 years.
Why should our clients choose you?
I understand the pressures businesses feel, especially small to medium enterprises, as I am one as well. We are not some large corporate who really doesn't care about their clients unless they spend a lot with them. We care about what we do, we want people to stay with us because they want to not because they have to. If something is not right then the client will have my number and as Managing Director, I will make sure the issue is resolved quickly and to the clients satisfaction.
