I can provide sessions either face to face, by phone or virtually, whichever is convenient and most comfortable for my client.

I had the best experience working with Kevin. I was sceptical and didn’t think I’d gain a lot from life coaching as I’d never even heard of it before but I was at a low point in my life and sick of feeling the way I did. Kevin showed me different ways of thinking and different techniques to use in times of need and the difference I can feel in myself is massive. I went from feeling anxious and sad around 95% of the time but after using the skills Kevin taught me it helped me change the way I think about things.
