We offer unique experiences that are led by our customers. Our USP is that we are both a hire company, and an events management company.
From providing small intimate garden setups to organizing large corporate events we have a wealth of experience to offer and strong relationships to fall back on that we have spent years working with.

We used Horizon for my sister's hen weekend at the beginning of September, I couldn't recommend them more highly. We ended up being a bit squeezed for time on the day, but set-up was faultless and it all looked incredible. The bride-to-be nearly cried when she saw it. Thanks so much! More...

We booked a Canopy Under The Stars and Cinema Experience for a family treat/anniversary celebration. We had a few concerns about that the size of our garden and Gemma was very helpful and accommodating. Set up was quick and easy and we were shown how to work everything (we are not very technical). We added an afternoon tea to our booking which was provided but Gustoso and it was absolutely delicious. They was plenty of food for the 3 of us and it was of excellent quality. The canopy was dressed beautifully and the furnishings were comfy and cozy, just what we all needed. We had a lovely bouquet provided by Charlotte Phipps Florist which was a beautiful extra touch. The fairy lights and candles added to the ambience once it was dark and the fluffy blankets kept us nice and warm. The cinema screen was huge and the picture and sound quality very good. All in all an excellent experience, thank you! 😊 (Just a massive shame that the good old English weather was not kind to us.) More...

The business is managed by Gemma, who has created large charity events with no budget; overcome difficult locations and situations and is the first in the UK to manage an open air cinema event in the water for 2022!

Public Screenings: Full Event Management or Partnership
Public screenings are extremely popular, even post-pandemic we've seen a resilient audience flock from all over to join us for a night under the stars. Across the country you'll find the attraction, atmosphere and summer evenings filled with emotion, shared with friends and family. Watching the crowd enjoy themselves is what drives us. Just like P.T. Barnum, The Greatest Showman, we believe "The noblest art is that of making others happy".

We're always so excited to start planning and managing an event from start to the very end. Open air cinema is in high demand and so careful pre-planning is key to making these every bit a success they can be. With our wealth of knowledge and experience we can help manage effectively and target the right audience for your business as well as ensuring that we put on a great show.

For a public screening we'll deliver the entire screening package on the day which will include the gigantic screen (fit for audiences of around 500 people), picture perfect HD projector and the ultimate sound system along with seating, and event space decorations, including lighting.

Relax and unwind with our signature Canopy Under The Stars package. A magical unique environment to offer a truly intimate setting. Filled with fairy curtain wall lights and decorations; ceiling lanterns; luscious flower garlands; floor cushions and pillows; thermal blankets and soft throws. A truly comfy space to enjoy. Can be teamed with one of our decorated Luxe Picnic tables or Cinematic Experiences to create the setting for a party or get together. Luxe Picnic Tables
Prices start from £40

Turn a standard picnic into an experience to remember with our beautifully decorated low level picnic tables. We'll adapt our decorations to your occasion. A picnic for up to 12 people that can include floor cushions and pillows, place mats and flower garlands, appropriate glasses, plates and cutlery. We deliver to your home or to an an outside space of your choosing.

Bluey is a Swindon-based mobile bar, brand new for 2023 covering the South West offering a personalized service unique to you on this most special day. With a wealth of experience, our team will go over and above to ensure the smooth running and constant flow of drinks to not just quench thirst but indulge. It's a wedding, right?

A passion for life and adventure inspired by a family full of young enthusiasts has led to a business of building unique lasting memories and creating bespoke, personalized environments to magnify your happiness and fun.

Although new for Bluey, Horizon Experiences are friendly, helpful, and experienced event organizers from hen-dos and parties right through to our large 20ft Open Air Cinema with events held throughout the South. Bluey is our newest addition and one we can't wait to introduce to you.

Our team can come to your venue and set up ready to serve a full bar full of premium brands including champagne and prosecco, beautiful refreshing cocktails and garnish, and Pimms with fresh fruit; spirits; locally sourced beer and ciders; bottles, and soft and hot drinks with some bar snacks, and a couple of locally sourced tasty bakes. (useful for those peckish moments after a full day). Alternatively, we are set up to personalize your menu and can help with making your event extra special with things like local personalized drink toppers; Pimp your Prosecco stations/menus, and Champagne stations for your welcome drinks.

From our beautifully decorated blue-green converted 4-berth 1980s caravan with themed flower garlands; appropriate bar equipment and lots of lights (we love lights) we're able to serve large or small crowds of guests. We can also bring a little seating area for a nice photo opportunity giving you and your guests the opportunity to relax, catch up, and share fond memories while capturing those "insta-worthy" moments. We have beautifully decorated canopy shelters for those hotter days and shade but don't worry about the evening - if it's a bit chilly we have some patio heaters too if you like!

We specialize in all things outdoor from large open-air cinematic experiences; beautifully decorated bell tent glamping; inspired and intricately dressed luxe picnic table hire; our breath-taking canopy under the stars; a more intimate and private garden and indoor cinema show as well as the ultimate indoor sleepovers with our wigwams and teepee hire for sleepovers. All are decorated in one of our truly imaginative themes. With our bundles of experience and years of relationship building with local suppliers, we can create the ultimate experience. As part of our #shoplocal campaign, we work with some truly talented businesses across the area. From balloons and Gin to personalized party boxes and fine dining or afternoon teas, we will happily become your event planners, meaning all you need to worry about is when you can book.

Horizon Experiences is owned and run by Gemma, Dev, and Ann. All with a wealth of event planning and organization from large-scale overseas events to your neighbours. We have a large team who work hard to deliver you memorable experiences, most important on your perfect day. You can also find us at wedding events; food festivals; theatre and sporting events across the country. Despite the large scale events we work on, we are a family friendly business and at the heart of everything we do is our determination to provide unique and memorable events.

Pay a price per person for each guest (typically £15-20 pp)

Setup a running tab with an agreed limit to enjoy an unlimited bar
Prepaid spending limit:

You pay an amount of your choice toward bar sales and your guests can order drinks as they wish
Once pre-paid amount has been reached, we revert to a cash bar
Dry bar hire

We supply the bar, chilling equipment and staff and you supply the drinls
Tell us guest numbers and we can offer drink recommendations
We are fully licensed, trained and will organise temporary events notices.
