I offer counselling to anyone aged 16 and over. I am on the BACP register of therapists and currently awaiting accreditation from the National Counselling Society. I have extensive training in and around trauma and sexual violence and work with Nexus NI.

What do you love most about your job?
I feel honoured to sit with another person's pain, I love to see how small changes and simple empathy and understanding help to push a person to a more comfortable place.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having travelled my own counselling journey, I wanted to give something back myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am honest and open, I will do my upmost to help the client help themselves. I believe in empowerment and I believe that pain has to be processed in a supportive and safe space in order to move forward.
