Having been training with Jamie for several years I have lost weight, stopped taking tablets for high blood pressure and dropped two dress sizes. I now train with both Jamie and Jack every week and because I have osteoarthritis the functional mobility training is both essential and enjoyable. You never know what you can do until you try. I had lost all motivation to go to the gym, so I booked some training sessions with Jamie, and I'm really enjoying them, although it is hard it makes me try to achieve all the goals Jamie sets me, I would recommend it to every one, come on give it a go.

I have been using Honour Health & Wellness for personal training sessions and fitness class's for a couple of years now. I began the sessions to get in shape for my wedding but have continued with them. The PT sessions helps me to stay motivated and I much prefer the fitness class's to a gym environment. Peter and I have been going to honour health and wellness classes since Aug 2015. The range of classes is brilliant and the tuition and support is next to none. Jamie is experienced and knowledgeable and provides lots of valuable information throughout his sessions. Another of his expertise is personal training, which is highly recommended. Great for anyone like me who is new to exercise / training and wanting to change their lifestyle. I started PT sessions with Jamie having not done exercise for years, being in a field based job that meant I was only in Swindon 2-3 days a week and a very low fitness level - he's genuinely changed my lifestyle. It was easy to go back each week and I didn't dread it all because of the type of sessions we did. Ive lost weight & I've lost dress sizes and I feel great - staying in hotels 2 nights per week and living in 2 different cities would be an excuse normally but Jamie showed me how it's so so easy to do exercise in the smallest space. Gutted I've left Swindon as can't continue to have PT sessions with Honor Health & Wellness but absolutely would otherwise. Give it a go and trust the process. More...

2 year anniversary and 7 stone lighter! Fitter and stronger in mind and body! Thoroughly recommend HH&W ! Jamie is an amazing coach, trainer and mentor and has shown me great support over the last two years and I look forward to getting stronger and fitter!

The gym has a great family feel, the classes are awesome......especially kettlebell... ..my favourite! I have made some great friends who show great support and encouragement to each other.
Take the plunge you won't regret it!

After finishing university I wished to find an instructor who filled me with as much enthusiasm and determination as my previous instructor in Plymouth. Jamie has fulfilled that role. His classes are fantastic - Jamie is motivated to ensure that you get the most out of every session, and helps you to push yourself to limits that you didn't even know you could get to. The one-to-one PT sessions are also highly recommendable, I have ached in places I didn't even know it was possible to! Importantly, Jamie provides not only excellent fitness training but he is very aware and focused on your posture throughout, something I deem invaluable, especially when suffering from injury/flexibility issues. I shall continue to enjoy every session at Honour Health and Wellness, and look forward to achieving my fitness goals! :-) More...

When I finished university, I left behind a wonderful fitness instructor who helped me to develop and progress in a sustainable manner. Upon returning home I wanted to get back into classes, however I sought an instructor who could push me to my limits, yet was passionate about posture and mobility. Jamie provides just that. I started initially attending TRX and soon became hooked. I upped my classes incorporating Kettlebell and HIIT into my routine before taking on personal training sessions with Jamie. Jamie has enabled me to develop my strength, and it has been amazing to watch my body change in both appearance and ability over the past few years. I have been a member of Honour Health & Wellness for 3 years and have had many injuries and needed rehab that Jamie helped me with. He is fantastic in working out what is best to strengthen the injuries and get you back on your feet. How he manage to find the things he make you do, I will never know. But it works! He will always try and do the best for you, not the run of the mill stuff that “is supposed to work”. Thanks Jamie, will be back if I start working in Swindon again! More...

When I first started training with Jamie, my main goal was to lose weight. I’d just had my second child and after two pregnancies I weighed in at over 14 stone. Through training with Jamie and eating healthily, I lost 4 stone over a period of 8 months. Although I have achieved my initial goal, I continue to train regularly with Jamie as I really enjoy the exercise sessions and they help me to maintain my healthy weight and good muscle tone. As well as feeling better in myself, I have noticed a marked effect on my personal life as I can now enjoy spending time being much more active with my children, which I struggled with previously. Jamie makes sure I continue to progress and develops new training plans as my fitness and technique improves. He somehow manages to achieve the perfect balance between being encouraging and challenging, making sure that I make the most out of the training session. More...

I have always been of slim build and have always found it hard to put on muscle and bulk. Despite my prior knowledge of Sports Science, fitness training principles and general health and wellness, Jamie took the time to review my existing knowledge and then built a bespoke structured diet, exercise and personal training programme for me. He explained everything about what was involved in the personal training programme clearly, allowing me time to ask questions at any given point which is something I like to do! His thorough knowledge of personal training, fitness and health and wellness shone through and, to this day, he is always continually ensuring that I am on course to meet my personal training goals. I noticed results from the personal training within a very short space of time and I am looking forward to continuing meeting my goals. I have a structured diet and exercise personal training programme and lead a healthy lifestyle and this has been a result of using Honour Health and Wellness's services.
