What’s your signature dish?
I specialise in authentic Italian food but love cooking various types of cuisine such as french, Thai, Indian.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I discuss with the client there needs and requirements and then tailor a menu selection suited to them from which they can choose their final menu choices.
What do you love most about your job?
I have always had a passion for cooking and food. I love giving a wonderful experience to my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a family we have always been in the hospitality business and I wanted to share my love and enthusiasm for delicious food with others. There can be a lot of disappointing food out there and I wanted to share freshly cooked, seasonal, honest food full of flavour with my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I will make the food experience a priority and won't cut corners when it comes to ingredients. No one will leave hungry or disappointed! I will be easy to contact and communicate with and will listen to what you want and give you suggestions. I have no 'fixed' agenda when it comes to menus and will help you create your perfect event.
