Took all the money up front but measured the opening for our bifolds incorrectly ... then not only did they refused to change it they didn't even properly finish the job - given the space was bigger they didn't have enough material to fill the gap so I'm left with the damp course sticking out. I keep trying to get them back to at least finish the job but they don't even respond even when I threaten legal action. DO NOT USE THEM More...

Had no problems with them . Just one person fitted them did a really good job .Very pleased with the new windows and door.

We can email quotations and contracts but the full technical survey and the installation obviously has to be on site.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are carrying out more email quotations limiting the amount of time needed on site, we discuss PPE with our customers and operating at a safe distance or alone where we can.
