Leigh is a very accommodating person and my interactions with her were always friendly and prompt.
She came at the agreed time and we did a house review and decided what needs to be done.
We agreed she will break the day in two based on the additional work we agreed.
At the end of the evening when I pointed the things that were not done - she gave them a clean the next day. Adam was doing an excellent work with cleaning the oven that was super greasy and used - given I just moved houses and I don’t think the previous owners ever cleaned it.

The only reason why I gave 3 and you can decide for yourself how important this is, because I don’t want to cloud your judgement.
After they left, in the evening I saw that my wooden skirts/blinds were off the rail in a place and one skirt was chopped and found the missing wood piece on the floor. I know for sure they were in excellent condition before they came, as it was a new purchase home and I inspected it in detail before.
For me, when someone is making a mistake (which can always happen) taking full responsibility and apologising is key and shows character and professionalism. It was not the case with me interacting with Homestyle Domestic Services even when I pointed this in the evening (as nothing was shared upfront) which was disappointing so that’s why I will not use them for the future and would advise anyone to just double check together with them in detail.

Leigh is a super hard working, very professional and thorough cleaner who really takes pride in her work, she is very reliable and a lovely person who always makes you feel comfortable, nothing is too much for her and she always does a brilliant job, I would recommend her to anyone, I’m so pleased I found her!
