Empty Promises - Cleaner still has not started even though we've agreed a start date over a month ago.
Quick to get back to me first contact Fri 23 Oct.
I loved the idea of the cleaner being paid directly and only a service fee to HomeClean.
After a phone call I was promised a cleaner w/b 02/11/20 but no one came.
Eventually Chris himself came and did a clean as a good will gesture on 10/11/20 but was promised that our cleaner would start w/b 16/11/20 but this still has not happened (todays date is 27/11/20).
I have emailed to find out why but have had no reply.

Hi mrs mcerlean Im sorry you dont feel like you have had the best service this time round ... it is slightly more difficult to find cleaner cover during lockdowns (espescially tier 4) I appreciate you want a clean but there has been no promise of a start date Unfortunatley as frustrating as it can be we need to follow governent guide lines and keep everybody safe As a good will gesture due to the unusual length of time in your area we offered your first clean free of charge which has taken place to your satisfaction you have also not been charged or asked to pay for any management fee even though your first clean has taken place. This will remain the case untill we find you a sutable regular cleaner for your property This was the agreement we discussed however i am open to revisiting our conversation at any point I totally understand that this is frustrating and would just like to remind you our lines are open 24/7 so that you can always speak to someone 0141 264 2829 Chris @ homeclean by

I hired this company to do a 'deep clean' of the house that we had leased. The staff were really friendly. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and at the time I was happy with what they had done. However, after they had left, I found that the inside of the kitchen pantries had not been cleaned (as requested), the inside of the kitchen units had not been cleaned nor had their outside surfaces (they only dusted the kitchen worktops, which I had personally steam cleaned the evening before). There were worktops missed in the utility room and the tiled walls had not been cleaned either. Again, they only cleaned and dusted the window. The kitchen floor was left uncleaned. There was residue from the carpet cleaning found on the window sill in the bedroom (the only way that that could have happened is that they had emptied dirty water from the carpet cleaning machine out of the bedroom window). They emptied the carpet cleaning machine directly outside the front door, leaving debris, carpet cleaning solutions/detergents, and carpet residue all over the patio. They had dumped dirty water from mopping the floors down the toilet, but didn't clean the toilet. In the end, I had to take a day off work to clean the house properly myself.
