We were looking for a reliable homeware service for my mum, 1 hour a day, 5 days a week. Home To Home Calls talked us through what we would be likely to expect, the costings and service delivery.
They then sent around 3 care companies which allowed us to pick us the best one and the process started from there.
My mum is happy as she never needs to discuss money or complaints with the lady that comes round as Home To Home deal with all of that on our behalf. So far so good, but I would happily recommend it for taking the stress out of planning and managing it all yourself. More...
