How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Main factor is size and how it links in with the rest of the property
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
From initial visit, as follows
1. Review size, options and design layouts
2. Agree with Client and submit necessary Applications for permission to build
3. During the above process allow for the work to be tendered.
4. Appoint builder we feel in suitable dependant on price and experience
5. Take to completion with I'm going liaison with the Building Control Inspectors
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Main issue is the height, we have to review if a person can stand within the loft without any obstructions
