Hodman Care Ltd is a domiciliary care service based at the heart of Leicester City , so that we are able to provide Domicilliary support to the diverse communities of Leicester and Leicestershire to enable the service users autonomy.
Hodman Care Ltd has provided Domiciliary Care support to individuals with multiple physical health, and mental health needs. Hodman Care Ltd ensures that Service users are involved in the planning and management of their care, whilst guaranteeing a full working partnership between the service user and their carer. The care plans are person-centred and evaluated in a holistic manner whilst focusing on the objectives of maintaining the physical, mental and psychosocial wellbeing of the service user. This further enables us to meet the service users diverse needs.

Hodman Care Ltd provides a broad range of services to its service users with different needs, whilst developing and supporting their capacity for self-care and independence. It is important to enable the individual to regain skills, increase confidence and to live independently as long as possible to improve their quality of life. All parties that are involved within the service users’ care needs would also be communicated with, to achieve the service users’ needs e.g. Multi Disciplinary Teams (MDT). Our flexible approach allows us to be prepared to adapt to changes within the service users’ needs and provide domiciliary care to service users with multiple needs.
