Painted bedroom, changed worktop in kitchen and painted the kitchen.
Due to the shape of my kitchen this was a challenging job, but done to perfection, very pleased with the standard of work and cleanliness, a very professional job would certainly recommend.

Excellent modern and luxurious finish to en-suite bathroom utilising large tiles fitted to walls and floor. The 110 mm shower tray, box for in-built Shower unit, shower screen, basin/WC vanity units, towel radiator, de-misting mirror cabinet were all fitted flawlessly. Very happy with the job.

This was a complex and messy job. As it's a old house, there were unexpected complications along the way. I particularly like their consultative approach: when decisions had to be made, they told me the options, which one they recommended and why. I felt informed when making a choice. I also found that when I didn't take their recommendation, they accepted that and did what I asked. In the past, builders have ignored me and done what they suggested anyway. It was by chance that HND PROPERTY was available for work on my flat when they did as we were in the middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic, but they were willing and able.
