This company (also His and hers Southwest) agreed to take on the work I needed. They gave me a date and time to meet but did not turn up.
I telephoned and just got a recorded message saying the answerphone was switched off. My husband then rang from his phone and they answered. They said they had forgotten to put the meeting date in their diary. I arranged to meet them to discuss the work the following day. They did not turn up again. No communication at all from them explaining why.
This is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this company at all. I have had to rate them as 1 star to enable this review to be posted. My true rating would be zero.

How long have you been in business?
Over 10 years but have had our own business for last 3 years after all our hard work not being appreciated enough by previous employers but always recognised by clients, decided to persue what we were good at and provide others with our high standards.

We provide our own cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise specified differently by the client

Have always been involved in cleaning and property maintaince growing up and throughout our adult lives
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are anti bacterial spraying all surfaces before we leave each room. We leave windows open to ventalate the property while we are there and leave on latch to hekp keep feesh air flowing through once we leave. We also try and leave our properties especially holiday let changeovers an hour before guests arrive.
