I contacted His and Hers painters and decorators after coming across their contact in a local trade book. From the very first point of contact the service was high.

He called back as promised and promptly arranged to come give us a quote. The same evening he sent over the quote with next available date.

During their time at our home they were polite and extremely organised, they cleaned up and took all the rubbish with them.

Darron went above and beyond with the finishing details and both me and my partner feel that the job is better than we expected.

Darron gave me a very reasonable quote to re-paint the soffits etc on the outside of my house, and completed the job on time and to a good standard. When part of it started to bubble with sap a few months later, I recontacted him. He came back to my home, explained the problem, and rectified it completely free of charge. Nice work. Top bloke. Darron from ‘His & Hers Quality Decorators’ did an excellent job to restore my rented apartment to new condition following ingress of water from a burst pipe in the attic. He was very professional and carefully covered all carpets with dust sheets. He covered every piece of furniture in the lounge, plus kitchen worktops, fridge-freezer, etc., with plastic sheeting. He applied damp-proofing and, once dry, painted ceiling / walls, leaving no mess whatsoever. He adhered to his quotation for the work, although I felt the quality of his workmanship and service was worthy of a higher price. The job was completed on time in an efficient manner. Well done. Hi my name is Mary,im 86 years old from hebburn,i caulled quite a few decorating firms to my property for quotations and found them most expensive and unfriendly,so I contacted south tynesides safetraders,[after being recommended by my carer]Darron and Stephanie from His&hers quality decorators came to my rescue and went above and beyond expectations for me. Over the Christmas period my living room ceiling began to leak really badly-water started pouring in,i did not know who to contact,so having darrons&stephanies tel no after receiving there free quotation[and very reasonable too-compared to the rest]darron came straight away and contacted a roofing firm for me and stayed with me until they arrived-got a quote of nearly £3000 pounds to carry out work-repair my bay window roof and re-point brickwork-but could onlycover roof with plastic sheeting for Christmas holidays and would carry out work 3 weeks later,darron told them where to go-he then contacted Jarrow roofing,who sent out a young lad who said my felt roof was fine[which darron had already told me,after inspecting it for himself]but my pointing needs to be done,and the water coming in, he thinks it might be between window cill and window frame,thankyou Jarrow roofing for your quick response and reasonable quote.Darron contacted the windowframe firm who came out and fixed my leak the following day-thankyou so much for not even charging me -so helpful and kind.Darron and Stephanie carried out all my work inside and outside[must have been freezing for them 2 ouside]darron boarded and plastered my living room ceiling and re-papered and painted it for me and my walls, finished all my work within a week-looks so nice again,they both have done a wonderful job ,cant thankyou both enough, thankyou for my Christmas presents and card-thankyou so much Darron and Stephanie for taking care and helping a pensioner,will be having you both back soon,love mary xx More...

Darron and Steph decorated my Mam's house for her a couple of weeks ago now. The job they did was great, and they finished ahead of schedule. They even accommodated my Mam's last minute change of mind re: the colour of the paint she wanted, with no issues! My Mam has limited mobility and they were very helpful, moving all of the dust sheets for her so she didn't trip, etc. More...

We purchased a property with very little time to organise anything properly - from the moment I contacted this couple, I was made to feel at ease with their friendly & professional manner & nothing was a problem for them - everything was explained to me prior to the start of the job, every single room was done with precision and perfection & even extra work was carried out without a second thought to make sure our new home was perfect - extremely punctual & got the job done within an excellent time-frame - we are extremely happy with the work carried out & so excited to move into our new home now - I would highly recommend this company & would give more stars if I could - they went above & beyond our expectations & have already recommended their services to family & friends and will continue to do so - amazing work from an amazing couple - we couldn't have done this without them !!!

After a few estimates, I decided to go with his and hers decorators. J am happy I did and they provided a fantastic service.
