Hinds have just finished re grouting a patio for us and we can't
praise the quality of work highly enough. Wally came to price the job and gave a very good price, we arranged a time for him to start and he turned up on time and found him very friendly, he completed the job when he said he would and left the job clean and tidy.

Wally recognised issues with the drawing which were missed by the architect and sought cost-saving measures to rectify the said issues. Being cognisant of the financial constraint of the budget, he provided suggestions that were cost effective yet not detrimental to the integrity of the structure of the house. I was provided with daily status reports and I felt very comfortable when I asked any construction related question not being fearful of victimisation as i am a lady. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
All attached garages (even if they are not integrated) can be converted. Detached garages may be converted but we will provide special advice as planning permission may be required.
Our role as a building firm is to bring your garage work up to Code (including insulation work) to ensure that it meets the strictest standards set by ourselves and the UK Government. This ensures that at the end of your work that you are presented with a building certificate.
Some work will require planning permission but we are experts in this process and can guide you from initial application to full planning permission. We can advise on your unique circumstances.
