Had a number of sessions run by Russell at our after school club for kids aged 5-11. Totally fantastic, the kids loved it. Russell was wonderful with them, taking into account those that needed a little more attention or help. Was amazing to see them all so captivated. Would highly recommend. Thanks Russell! More...

Googled Yoga in Inverness, this dude came up so I joined Saturday morning class. He seized the opp to take us to park in Costa del Sol-esque weather and it was AWESOME. Fantastic start to the wknd, despite having been in fitness industry a few years, learned a fair bit from the 'HBM' and love his ethos with regard to physical wellbeing. Will defo be back for more when the opp arises. Inspirational and motivating kinda guy, thoroughly recommended :) More...

Russell is great at encouraging you to try movements you have never tried before. I have noticed that not only am I stronger but also becoming more flexible in my movements. He takes great care to work with how you want to improve. His sessions are also great fun, so although hard work, you also get to have a laugh! More...

Great sessions in the office getting us away from the engineering desk. Surprisingly good turn out by the ladies. Don't think they were checking out my abs Russell.

Yep; Russell is my pal too but he's top at what he does. He explains why as well as how, keeps things interesting with change & puts up with my rude protests and whinging when I think that ten is preferable to doing it twenty times.

I'm definitely just at beginner level, but all the moves are easily adaptable, and Russell is always on hand to provide a suitable alternative if you are struggling. (He may also laugh at you a bit)

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I assess your current level of activity and give you a safe way to move forward.
Over 12 weeks we can usually double strength in beginners even older folk.
I have a wide range of clients and adapt what i do to all of them as individuals. Wheel chair bound to geriatric to tradesman and professionals with a bit of gymnastics on the side.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency in your diet and workouts. You need to develop a new relationship with movement and even when you arent sweating or pushing hard you need to feel great about just moving around in your home.
What do you love most about your job?
Resolving a long standing injury or niggle and PB celebrations of course.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being independent is important to me. I have considered a few different careers, i started collecting instructor tickets for outdoor activities and thought a human powered travel writer could be good, but chose yoga and PT.
Why should our clients choose you?
I will give you a sane and scientifically well informed start to movement and wont be shouting at you or selling you herbs.
I will check in on you and get you better informed on how to use your time away from our face to face meetings, things like diet and non exercise activity have a big impact on your finding a happy relationship with the best and healthiest you.
