High class catering is a home run business specialising in lovely food all prepared on a beautiful Aga. We cater for private and corporate clients. Based in Wrea Green but covering Lancashire, the Fylde coast and beyond. We try and source locally as much as possible and only use free range eggs.

Davina recently catered for us at our Wedding. She was so patient with us and couldn't do enough to make sure that our day was extra special. We changed our mind a couple of times on the main course but this was not a problem for Davina. She did everything to put us at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Davina is very approachable and extremely friendly and puts you at ease straight away. On the day of the wedding, Davina and her team were friendly and efficient. What’s your signature dish?
Everything I make is 100% home-made from scratch using high quality ingredients.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I prefer a meeting with my clients to discuss their requirements together so that we can come up with the perfect menu. I am then able to provide a no-obligation quotation.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the feedback and satisfaction that I get after the event.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always loved cooking, and returned to what I was doing when I first trained as a chef and home economist.
Why should our clients choose you?
My clients should choose my company as I take great pride in my work, my staff are helpful, happy and friendly. We offer a very professional service from menu choice right through to the end of the event.
Funeral Catering
We understand the difficulties of arranging a funeral at what is such a sad time, it can be stressful and emotionally draining, particularly as there is often little time to organise such an important occasion.
We will provide high quality food, a reliable and trustworthy service which will take away some of the pressure, so that you can spend time with your family and friends.
We are sympathetic to the fact that funerals are usually organised on short notice, so will work quickly to ensure that your needs are met. We can also help with room hire if required and can liaise directly with your funeral director if preferred.
