We knew when choosing Hickory as caterers for our daughters wedding things would go very well, but our already very high expectations were completely blown out the water. The attention to detail from the staff was just fantastic, they were tireless in everything they did and so accommodating. Under direction from Ross, the team did a tremendous job and many of our guests have been in touch to say what a fantastic day it was and many have said without a doubt the best wedding they'd ever been to. The food was delightful and I don't think there were any plates returned which hadn't been almost licked clean! The hycalypos were great and a lovely unexpected addition to the meal and very much enjoyed by everyone. The presentation of everything from start of set up to finish was breathtaking and we can't thank you enough. Just returned from my sister and brother in laws wedding at Newhall Estate where Hickory did the catering for the whole weekend. I couldn’t recommend Hickory enough. The food was absolutely fantastic, the staff were so friendly and brilliant with kids (I think Osman is my one year old daughters new favorite person!) and they really did look after us all so well.
