My wife and I are always wary of lots of positive reviews. However, on this occasion I have nothing but praise for Hughie and his team.
Initially Hughie and a colleague came to resurface the flat roof on a converted garage which they did exceptionally well. Whilst here Hughe noticed that there was loose and missing cement on the eaves on the end walls. On investigation he found the wooden eaves were rotten. His expert advice was that, having found rotten wood there he suspected there were problems elsewhere with the roof. His professional advice was that, as the roof was 46 years old and there were some cracked tiles and missing concrete, it would be more economical to replace the roof than patch. Shock Horror!!!!
We agreed and how right he was!!!! We now have a new tiles, battens, soffits and guttering and a very professional finish which has been admired by passers-by.
Hughie’s team were fantastic – extremely polite, careful, hardworking (even in the rain!!) and efficient and careful. Everything was left clean and tidy and there is a huge full skip to prove their labours.
With our experience, we would fully recommend Huqhie and his team. Many thanks for a job well done!!!!!

We had a leak in the roof and water was coming into the bathroom. We contacted H & I and asked for them to give us a quote which they did the same morning. They checked the roof and found the problem. They were able to start the job a few days later and I have to say they worked very hard. The guys were very professional and hard working. h&i property solutions were working on my roof replacing the ridge tiles with the new dry ridge roof tiles also replaced some roof tiles the 3 young workmen were very efficient they arrived on time they laid all the material out along with their tools so there was no walking back and forward to the van they went onto the roof stripped all the old tiles and cement off and carried them down and laid them all neatly in the garden there was no mess and then they commenced to replace the new dry ridge tiles and the broken tiles I am very impressed with job they have done the 3 workmen all knew what they were doing they didn't leave a mess cleared everything up and I will recommend h&i property solutions to anyone a 100%.
