Following a recommendation from my step daughter, I contacted Hi Impact to help with designing a flyer that I needed to promote the Wedding services that we offer in my salon.
I needed the flyer within a week as I had a Wedding Show to attend the following weekend. Georgia worked closely with me and after numerous amounts of emails she came up with a fantastic double sided flyer for me.

What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We like to get to know our clients and take a great interest in the people we work with. When we are starting a new project, we will always set an initial meeting via telephone or in person to assess your needs, share ideas and ensure we get all the information we need to deliver a great service. In this meeting, we will discuss your business, the purpose of what you're looking for, your brand, your message and any deadlines or milestones you would like us to accomodate.
Describe your creative process.
We meet with our clients to find out exactly what they're looking for, we put together some initial ideas and share them with the client and once they're happy we go ahead and complete the design. We then meet with the client to make sure they are happy with everything we have produced and make any final adjustments. Following that, we offer website management training and support to ensure the client is able to change the basic aspects of their website whilst we are always available to support.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Our services are all bespoke so this would depend on the nature of the job i.e website, photography, 3D virtual tour. We will always discuss this in the initial meeting.
What do you love most about your job?
We love to be able to work with a wide range of clients to help them shout about their business. Getting to work across video, photography, virtual tours, cgi and design helping people to get their message out there is very rewarding.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Initially, we started hi-impact media to help support schools with their website, photography and any other media related needs. We have since grown into other markets and are constantly working to grow the business into other areas.

Our clients are offered a complete corporate photography service combined with competitive pricing and an excellent customer service.
