Amazing massage by Heidi (again). Extremely professional (even when scowling at me for not realising there is a massive lump in my leg which I apparently should have noticed). She will not stop until she has found the cause of the problem, which she demonstrated in my appointment tonight (refer back to lump in leg). Aftercare advice also given to try and ensure the problem doesn't reoccur - I have tried telling her she will do herself out of business but she still insists anyway! Been experiencing shoulder pain for a number of years which regular stretching and exercise didn't seem to make much impact upon. Visited Heidi for an hour treatment, and was delighted with the immediate benefits I felt: discomfort in my right shoulder pretty much disappeared and issues in my left shoulder greatly minimised. Heidi also suggested some tailored stretches which have proved very beneficial. Cannot speak highly enough of the great work Heidi has done in such a short space of time. I had a total knee replacement surgery 11 weeks ago and have been struggling with the bend and straightening and also back and leg pain but after seeing the lovely Heidi for treatment this morning my back and leg feels so much better but the most marvellous thing is she has got my operated leg to straighten a lot more thank you so much Heidi I can’t recommend you highly enough and you put me at ease straight away and can’t wait for next treatment.

I was advised to see a therapist by my chiropractor to help with my back. Heidi came recommended to me. I would recommend her to anyone! I had the deep tissue massage and by the end of the first session my back felt so much better. All of the tightness and knots were gone. Having had previous sports massages, I went in to my first appointment expecting a similar experience. I was very wrong. Heidi put me at ease right from the start, with a professional yet personable manner. She explained the process to me fully, and was the epitome of professional. As I mentioned, I have had numerous Sport massages, with different therapists. I expected to find a little release after my appointment, but I did not expect the results I was given. The only explanation I can attribute to my knot free back (resulting in the death of both Mark and Bob, who had taken up residence in my shoulders and were clearly not in any hurry to bugger off) is that Heidi is magic.
