Our cleaners have been impressing their clients for at least 1-5 years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Your cleaner can provide cleaning supplies for a small fee, but customers must specify if they would like their cleaner to bring cleaning supplies (Please visit our website for more information - www.heavenlytouchservices.co.uk). If not specified, customers will be expected to provide cleaning supplies. Cleaners are mobile and some of them may not drive so they will be unable to provide cleaning equipment such as a Hoover, Broom, Mop or Bucket so we advise customers to please have these on the day of your clean.

We at Heavenly Touch Services describe the love for our job as a breath of fresh air, we love to make our customers relax and take the weight of their shoulders. When our cleaners and their customers see the end result of their job it's the best feeling.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Heavenly Touch Services was inspired by a vision to give cleaners who have a passion to clean the opportunity to connect with clients who require a service, such as fulfilling their cleaning needs. We believe that our clients and cleaners should be able to be flexible so that they can have time for more spare time and for our clients to sit back and relax.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The government have made it clear that domestic cleaners can work inside people’s homes, as long as the government guidelines on social distancing and staying safe are followed. Heavenly Touch Services are taking every precaution to keep our clients and cleaners safe. If anyone in the household is showing any signs of COVID and you are expecting a clean please inform us as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your clean. All cleaners will wear the correct PPE upon your clean this will include them wearing a face mask (unless they are exempt for whichever reason, all customers are notified about your cleaners mask exemption before the day of their clean), an apron and gloves and regular hand washing is a must. If you are able to go out on the day of your clean then your cleaner can still clean your home during your absence. If you are present, please stay in a seperate room from your cleaner or please maintain the recommended 2 metre distance.

Dust and wipe all accessible furniture top surfaces.
Dust any upholstered furniture (Sofas and chairs).
Wipe mirrors.
Dust and wipe window sills (Wipe blinds if added as an extra).
Interior window cleaning (If added as an extra).
Wipe down radiators.
Change sheets (Upon request).
Make bed (Upon request).
Wipe and disinfect doorknobs and safely wipe switch plates.
Dust door panels and skirting boards.
Hoover/Sweep and mop floor (If non-carpet).
Empty bin.
BATHROOMS:
Dust and disinfect all accessible surfaces including cabinet doors.
Wipe mirrors.
Dust and wipe window sills (Wipe blinds if added as an extra).
Interior window cleaning (If added as an extra).
Clean and disinfect sink.
Clean, disinfect, and shine showers and bathtubs.
Wipe and shine any tiling (If applicable).
Wipe down radiators.
Clean, disinfect and shine toilet inside and out.

Empty bin.
KITCHEN:
Wash the dishes or load the dishwasher.

Dust and wipe the exterior of all appliances including Microwave, Fridge, Oven, Washing Machine, Dishwasher and any other kitchen appliance (Wipe and disinfect the interior of Fridge and Oven if added as an extra).
Interior window cleaning (If added as an extra).
Dust and wipe window sills (Wipe blinds if added as an extra).
Wipe down radiators .
Wipe and disinfect doorknobs and safely wipe switch plates.
Dust door panels and skirting boards.

LIVING ROOMS & COMMON AREAS:
Dust all accessible furniture top surfaces.

Iron And Fold And Organisation Is Also An Extra, If Customers Choose These Extras They Will Also Be Included In A Clean.
All Homes That Have Stairs Will Also Be Cleaned, Stair Cases Will Be Disinfected And Wiped And Steps Will Be Hoovered If There Is Carpet Installed Or Disinfected And Mopped For Non-Carpet And Hard Floors.
End Of Tenancy Clean/Spring Clean
We have One off service cleans which include End of Tenancy Cleans and Spring Cleans which are more in depth and thorough cleans which require more time.

Dust on top of doors and wipe them down.
Disinfect and wipe door handles/door knobs.
Dust and Wipe door panels and skirting boards.
Safely wipe switch plates, plugs and sockets.
Dust and wipe window sills and clean interior windows.
Dust and wipe blinds (If applicable).
Remove any cobwebs.
Dust and wipe down radiators.
Dust, disinfect and wipe surfaces of furniture as well as any furniture that requires the interior being cleaned (Furnished homes only).
Clean behind and under furniture (Furnished homes only).

Hoover upholstery such as sofas and chairs (Furnished homes only).
Remove stains in carpets and hoover, disinfect and mop hard floors (If non-carpet).
BATHROOM:
Disinfect and wash bath and remove any limescale
Wash shower interior and exterior of shower screen and descale.
Wipe and shine shower tiles (If applicable).
Disinfect and wipe in and out of toilet.
Disinfect and descale sink and shine taps.
Remove mould from tiles, wipe down and shine (If applicable).
Clean mirrors.
Dust and wipe surfaces including cupboards and shelves.
