Can’t recommend Heaton Photography enough! They do brilliant school photos that are a much needed update from the usual stuffy ones. They also give the option to have copies of the siblings photo, and the individual child photos, without having to chose an expensive package with a billion copies of just the one photo. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The best photographs are taken when your subject feels at ease. These produce the most natural looking images. Its so important to be personable and genuine.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
My priority is to establish exactly what my clients are looking to achieve with an image. If i don't understand their requirements, how can I produce exactly what they need with minimal fuss and without delay?
What do you love most about your job?
I love the variety photography brings. Whether it is meeting new people, going to new places, or trying to create suitable lighting under challenging conditions.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What could be better than doing something you love as a business?

Because i sincerely believe in delivering what the customer needs, in a timely manner, at a price that reflects real value.
I use Nikon cameras and lenses, and Elinchrom studio lighting products. I am highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
