Here at Promedica24, we offer a specialised live-in-care home service as a genuine alternative to residential care homes. We are passionate about our client’s right to choose where and how they are cared for. Our services vary from simple companionship and support to more advanced specialist requirements such as dementia, disability and end of life care.
I am dedicated to providing an excellent client service, which is focused on each client’s individual needs. My first insight into the care industry was a few years ago when my grandma was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and she had to find a suitable care solution and service to support her. She experienced many poor and difficult care options and became inspired about live-in care as the best solution.
After months of research, she recognised Promedica24 offered a truly caring bespoke live-in home care service supported by an experienced and dedicated care team. It is a very compassionate and flexible service, which is cost effective and will give families peace of mind.

Our live-in Care Workers live with you in your own home as your companion. They assist with everyday tasks like cooking, cleaning and personal care. With this help, you and your loved ones can continue to live how you choose to and keep doing the things you love.
The Promedica24 online Care Assessment Tool is designed to provide an indication of the level of care and support you might need, based on some simple questions. The assessment tool will guide you through 6 short stages to help determine the level of dependency and provide some useful next steps in exploring care options.
Call Out Care Line - Rapid Response Team
What is our service:
We install a call out module in all our Service Users Houses.
Working in connection with systems like Appello, Tunstall, Careline and Lifeline at your development, we become the first responder to all situations with an SLA of 30 mins response.
What do we offer?
· 24/7 Call out response team - Care and all emergencies.
· Overnight 24/7 Call Centre operations including Public Holidays and Christmas.
· Guaranteed call answering time frame of 3 mins and Triage timeframe of 8 mins
· Clinical Support – Nurse Lead Call Outs.
· In House on call Doctor
· On Call Care Team 24/7 - Support with Personal Care, Health Care Management, medication call out, light duties and all unsociable hours support.
· Fall Management Team responding in 30 mins
· Prevention from the Hospitalisation Team – we have all the training and equipment in our deployment vehicle.
· Out of Hours Rapid Response Team
· Our in-house hospital vehicle transport Team

Everything Is included for a fixed rate of only (£350.00 per calendar month) for the full service including unlimited call outs 24/7, with an Open contract meaning it can be cancelled at any time.
