What’s your signature dish?
No matter how fancy we get you can always guarantee our Mighty Triple burger will always be our best seller! Thats 3x4oz flame grilled burger patties, 3 slices of melted cheddar, 3 slices of streaky smoked bacon & 3 crispy onion rings! All served on a toasted Brioche bun with a choice of premium sauces.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Listening...and then listening some more! We pride ourselves on only adding food items that are agreed by all.
What do you love most about your job?
Putiing smiles on faces and food in bellies. Dont tell my bank manager but money has never been a motivator.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My father was a catering manager and my mum is Italian.... I had no other choice ;)
