Smoothie bike hire
Our smoothie bike is a crowd pulling magnet, healthy and interactive initiative which can enhance your wellness event. The Smoothie bike experience provides both physical exercise and encourages healthier eating. The smoothie bike is stationary and fitted with a blender that spins as you pedal, mixing up delicious fruit smoothies in moments. You simply fill the blender with fruits, juice and frozen yogurt and pedal for approximately 2 minutes to make a healthy pedal powered fruit smoothie.

Cooking Programmes (cooking on a budget, cook ‘N’ eat, parental cooking) and demonstrations
An excellent initiative encourage people to change their eating habits in a practical way. The individual will learn cook healthily (all recipes are low in fats, sugars and salt) and choose healthier ingredients wisely. Ideal if individuals are suffering or caring for someone with dietary related diseases such as heart disease, diabetes. We can also provide a cook off between teams which is an ideal and unique team building experience.
Talks and exhibitions on healthy eating topics on a variety of empowering and informative nutrition and healthy eating topics of your choice. Topics could include fats, sugars, food and mood, portions sizes or food label reading, sessions are fun and practical and backed up with evidenced based resources.
‘Weigh to go’ – A Group Weight Management Programme
Want to help to assist a group's New Year resolution, to achieve a healthy weight? It takes more than just ‘slimming treatments’ or fad diets to successfully maintain a healthy weight. Weigh to go, is a weight management programme that uses behavioural change techniques and building personal skills to help staff achieve and maintain a healthy weight. The sessions usually last approximately one hour. The group has the option to get weighed if they wish and receive weigh recording cards.
