I am Alexa Warner a hypnotherapist, coach, counsellor, mindfulness teacher and a specialist is relief and recovery from anxiety, stress and emotional and physical chronic pain and illness.

I run the Healthful Mind Clinic is based in Wimborne Dorset and online.
Our motto is Because Healthy Minds Make Healthy Bodies and that is exactly what we are all about, providing you with the support, understanding and the skills to be as happy and an healthy as is possible, whatever challenges you are facing.

We are a team of therapists and practitioners offering a variety of mind based support from one to one hypnotherapy, counselling /psychotherapy, coaching, mindfulness and even breathwork and nutrition sessions, group classes and programmes.

We know that not only is it difficult to ask for help, but knowing who or how they will help you can be equally challenging, we can help you with this too.
