Been dealing with Heather since the weekend and have found her professional courteous throughout. She is about to cook a slap up meal for my beloved dad and father's day and based on the experience I have had with her so far I don't doubt the food will be wonderful and can confirm the experience of dealing with her has been amazing!!

What’s your signature dish?
My Oxtail and Butter Bean Recipe which is an original one, which has been tried, tested and tasted loved by everyone in my family. Although oxtail is not such a popular cut, the other ingredients can be used with other types of meat.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I would have to ask for their preferences, any issues with allergens/fussy eaters, health issues, how many they would be catering for, foods/ingredients in season - suggestion on my part, flexibility on time and dates, what they will make available to me, equipment, utensils, whether the food should be delivered or I make in situ. I would also check if the food would be buffet style, hot or cold and which type of cuisine would be preferred on the day of the event, would it be a one course meal or 3 course and then confirm dates, time and venue.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to talk about my favourite pastime - cooking food, the new ideas, the experimenting and most of all, I love it when people show appreciation for my effort and it gives me greater pleasure when they enjoy it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I just wanted to do something that I knew I would never get tired of because of my passion for it. I have given a lot of my time growing after peoples' businesses or looking after others, and I just feel that the time has come for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
I will be bringing in some combos and fusion between three continents, Europe, Asia, Africa and hope that people will be open to some of my suggestions. My intention is to create a small Tasters' Group that will give honest reviews. My food is very much health-oriented and everything is cooked from scratch. Don't worry tasty and healthy does actually work
