Carers are fantastic. They looked after my 96 year old mum so well that they became part of our family. Mum loved them and although it’s over a year since she went on her final journey, the carers were with her all of the way. Right up unto the last moment they treated her with love and with dignity. I can never repay the girls for all that they did for my mum and I know mum would agree with that. Nothing was too much trouble but, just as importantly, their knowledge about everything to do with care and care packages, was and is superb. I really cannot recommend Health and Alliance enough. If I need care in the future then I know exactly which company I would choose! More...

What do you love most about your job?
Delivering high quality care and seeing the difference it makes to people's lives. To relieve the family and for them to put all their trust in us to care for their loved ones when they aren't around.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Through years of working in the social care sector for different companies experienced frustrations within her role that were out of my control...little things like not being able to spend time in call to chat and provide quality companionship to service users, due to the demand of the calls i was rushing to and from. I wanted to change that and make a statement in the care industry.

Health and Alliance Home Care and ensure that the core of her business is the quality of the actual care provided to the service users, simultaneously relieving pressure from family.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All care givers are fully vaccinated, LFT test 3 times a week. They wear full protect equipment including apron, clothes and face masks.
