Healing time brings lots of different practitioners together so there are a lot of options to choose from. I have attended Reiki Healing with and she always comes up with interesting observations. I also attended Jennie's Reiki Level 1 training weekend which was very informative, relaxing and enjoyable. I'm now booked onto a Yin course with Amanda Bowen and this is such a restorative practice to follow. Healing Time offers something for everyone. As for the "woo" science is only just catching up in the field of consciousness and energy work so I'm very open minded about what the future holds. Crystal Power Workshop I recently attended a crystal healing workshop, it was a really enjoyable day. Jennie has a wealth of knowledge and shared this openly during the day, we had the opportunity to learn about crystal grids, using crystals for healing and within meditation. I've had some wonderful treatments and courses from the lovely Jennie including completing my reiki level 1 which seemed far more informative than some others I'd seen and I liked that fact that although we learnt lots it didn't feel rushed. It was also very relaxing as it including group meditations and hands on reiki practise towards the end. I'd highly recommend to anyone considering it to give it a go. I've also taken part in her meditation groups and kundalini meditation workshops, both of which were enjoyable, relaxing and enlightening. I went for a massage and chakra balance and felt instantly at ease. Cheryl was so friendly and asked me about my stresses before the treatment and tailored it for me. I left feeling thoroughly relaxed and rebalanced. She didn’t rush me in and out like I’m many places and really explained the treatments to me so I felt empowered. I have just completed my Level One Reiki training. Jennie is so professional and welcoming I was made to feel at ease straight away and thoroughly enjoyed the course. Jennie talks attendees through a lovely mixture of theory and practice. Supporting material was great too for reference afterwards. I did the reiki one course with Jennie and can't recommend it (and her) enough! It was so much more than I expected and very enjoyable. Jennie is a great teacher, informative and makes it all very relaxing and interesting. I came away from both days feeling like I'd been at a spa as I felt so relaxed after the demonstrations and meditations etc that are part of it. Would like to say a massive thank you ???? to the beautiful Jennie Reay for teaching me Reki level 1. Was not only so much more than expected and then some. Jennie made me feel warm and welcome and was both professional and an a Warm, welcoming, friendly tutors. I don’t usually share but I suffer with adult ADHD and find concentration, focus and the ability to understanding and grasp information easily... However I found I swam through this course with ease and confidence, thanks to Jennie Reay.
