DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUTHOR!!! I had issues with one of their themes from day one. It is was just one or two problems I would have been fine with it and used their tech support. However, I had several issues from changing logos, colors, home pages, and one of their plugins even required you to upgrade and pay for it to work! I admit their were trying to find a work around for the paid plugin but after I had several other issues I gave up and decided to get a refund to try another theme. I have purchased several website themes so I am pretty familiar with them. I even know a little coding to make small changes. Since I had so many problems I reached out to them and they are REFUSING TO REFUND! I asked for a refund the day after I purchased it and the 2 days following! They kept asking me to try to fix the issue first but I did not want to keep a theme that had so many problems from the very start! After about 4 days I deleted the theme and purchased another. Again, I asked for a refund. Then they finally said we will refund if you provide proof of the issues after I removed it!!!! RIDICULOUS! If that was needed, they should have mentioned that the very first time I asked for a refund, NOT 4 DAYS LATER! More...

From the offset Lyndsay was calm in her approach and I felt at ease to work with her for help with motivation. Wow .. I’m not sure what I was expecting when I went to see Lindsay for a hypnogastricband but it has really helped to change my mindset to eating.
It’s not just get hypnotised then lose weight.. you do have to make an effort and change what you are eating, but Lindsay helps you do this with great advice as well as the hypnotherapy. You can eat loads of clean good foods and have anything within reason but the hypnotherapy makes it easier to make the healthier choice.
I found it so much easier than previous attempt to lose weight as the techniques she teaches really help.
I lost 12 inches (most of it off my stomach) whilst having the hypnotherapy and although I don’t own any scales I can feel the weight loss and my clothes look much better.
I’m now 6 weeks in and no longer seeing her but it’s still working and I’m still feeling positive about my journey … I’d say anyone struggling with their weight to give the virtual gastric band a try!!

I had a session with lindsay for an hour and during that time she taught me some techniques to practise at home for energy cleansing that I have found extremely useful and calming. I also was put under hypnotherapy that brought up some deep rooted traumas I subconsciously had lingering in my mind and now can face them head on with ease. I am Putting this review to save others from Sashi and his 'Packers&Movers' company (The fraudster) & you should remove your page link from their website. when i clicked on their FB handle on website, it directed me here. so, putting review here so, I could save others. Yesterday, I spoke to shashi from http://www.shreeshyampackersandmovers.in And booked a service as I need to shift home latest by today I.e 31-march-2021. He clearly mentioned and give me an assurance that his people will be here by 11am as his office is near to my location I.e Gaur city 1, Greater noida. I requested him to send the truck by 9am but he said that 17-feet trucks need special permission and can not enter before 10am. So, his people would be at my place (Awho twin tower, Greater Noida) latest by 11am. I called him at 11am, asking where is the truck? He said truck will take maximum one hour. Whereby I stated him that we have to shift before 5pm as shifting is not allowed after 5pm. He said he will send 2 extra people to compensate the time. I again called him at 12pm, He said labour is having lunch so, will take 1 more hour. I was like okay let them have. I called him at 1pm, this was my third call and he gave me driver's no to speak directly. I spoke to his driver, he said tyre got punctured. I was like okay, can happen. Waited for 2 more hours, it was 3:30 pm now I called his driver asking where is he? This driver tried to fool me asking for money. What do you love most about your job?
I love giving people simple solutions to problems that they thought they would have for life. I love giving people control back into all areas of their lives and I love to see my clients flourish.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been doing all sorts of alternative therapies since 2000, from reflexology to Reiki healing. I truly believe we can heal ourselves with the right guidance and that everyone should be able to access good practitioners to attain good mental health.
Why should our clients choose you?
My work is client led. I do not suggest multiple sessions as every client has different needs. I aim to install freedom, control and confidence in all of my sessions so that the client is not tied to therapy and to my practice. I encourage resilience and independence through my therapy.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I can deliver sessions face to face and over Zoom. Zoom sessions are just the same as the face to face ones. A good internet connection is required and I ask for a contact telephone number in case the connection is lost. I have examples of how Zoom sessions play out on my Youtube channel.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
On-line sessions. are always available. If the sessions are face to face then all surfaces, such as door handles etc are cleaned after each client. The room is kept aerated as much as possible.
Anxiety
The causes of anxiety & depression can vary from negative childhood experiences, life events, such as unemployment or bereavement, physical health problems, genetics, medications, recreational drugs and alcohol, lack of sleep, poor diet and lack of exercise. Using hypnotherapy we can get to the crux of the problem and restore resilience so that you can cope with anything that life throws at you.
Phobias
Using the Speakman's Schema Conditioning Therapy (As seen on ITV's, This Morning,) quick and permanent changes can be achieved. A phobia is an excessive fear or anxiety related to specific objects or situations that are out of proportion to the actual danger they present. Sometimes the cause of a fear is not even known to the person it affects. Using hypnotherapy &amp;
psychotherapy we can delve into the subconscious to find the root cause of the problem and change the thoughts around it.
Weight loss hypnotherapy
Food is an addiction to many people and then they enrole in slimming clubs, which turn into their new addiction, not feeling able to leave or they will lapse and put all the weight back on without this support. If diets worked there would be ONE, not a thousand and one. Using hypnotherapy and techniques to stop the cravings, you can leave with confidence that you can lose weight for life.
