What do you love most about your job?
Providing solutions, actioning works to ensure sites are maintained and residents can enjoy their surroundings. Ensuring quality works at the best prices available. You can only do a job that you love otherwise there is no point. People buy people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have been in property management and other associated property businesses for over 50 years between us and we felt now was the perfect time to partner together and bring Block Management into the 21st Century run by a powerful reactive team.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have innovative software allowing Directors and residents to see their accounts online, look at active work orders, works planned and budgets set. Our intention is to be regularly on site and to let residents know when this will so we can be on hand to meet with people and deal and answer any site issues whilst we are there. It is to build a relationship whereby trust is formed and excellent management is maintained
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes we can but we do need people on ground level so if we could not be on site personally we would appoint someone to be our eyes on site level.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have PPE masks to attend on site, sanitisier and anti bac wipes and spray at all times.
We cannot meet people currently where it is not safe to do so therefore we have zoom and facetime conferences when needed
We usually have an open door policy at the office but at this time we are closed, we do have an in and out doors for staff and full precautions are being taken where necessary. We have do an anti covid fogging machine which can be used on site and in our offices on a weekly basis.

Welcome to HC Block & Estate Management. Our official launch date is March 31st 2021.
Covering Berkshire, North Hampshire & South Oxfordshire we are bring to you innovative software to help efficiently and effectively run your estate. Working closely with the Directors and residents we are bringing to you 21st century building and site management.
Every site we manage is individual and we ensure we tailor the services required to suit. Ranging from 1 block to several, 6 flats to 100 flats, a mixture of apartments and houses, gated entrances - whatever your situation we can assist.
We are members of the Property Ombudsman and we operate a 365 24 hour a day contact for emergencies which may arise. Using our software, Directors will be able to see what maintenance is in hand and planned and residents can access their accounts online where needed.
Services including service charge demands and collection of monies; allocation and instruction of maintenance both routine, planned and those required under Section 20. Yearly budget setting, AGM meetings, full company administration and all aspects of Residential Block Management.
