Hazell & Kent are a smaller firm with a more personal touch. This means that they can be flexible in a way that other larger companies can or will not. They allowed us to rent when we did not meet the "one size fits all" criteria of other agents, for which we are truly grateful. Their small size didn't affect their ability to respond, when there were problems with the house they were prompt in putting it right. They also were really quick in authorising the return of the deposit. I would certainly rent from them again. More...
