Do you feel you want to talk to someone about your life that is outside of the situation? Reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, but given life’s demands and current world events, it is not surprising that many of us may find ourselves feeling stuck, lost, worried or down at some time. You may have a specific thing you want to work on or you may have a general sense that you’re not living the life you’d expected.
I am a BACP registered counsellor nearing qualification as a Counselling Psychologist. I have experience of working with a variety of difficulties and can draw on different models of therapy including CBT and psychodynamic counselling. For me, the most important aspect is building a trusting relationship, where you can feel safe and not judged.
Together we can explore your story and I will be there to listen deeply, offer insights and challenge, working flexibly with your individual needs and aims in mind. If you feel ready to start your counselling journey, I look forward to hearing from you.
