I have never received a reply from her.
I call him the next day and after explaining what I need, he hangs up the call without explanation.
I call him again and he doesn't answer the phone anymore.

What i love most about my job is the satisfaction of the floor before then afterwards and of course the customers face when they see there lovely new floor ?
