I initially have been driving with another instructor for a year and only joined HartLane around September time. Hassan helped me become a safe, confident driver in a matter of 2 months! Bad habits, undue hesitation and so much more shaken out of me! Hassan really goes out of his way for learners, I had intensive lessons the week coming up to my test and at times when he was fully booked he would squeeze me lessons before his work day even starts! I was a very nervous driver prior to coming to hart lane as unfortunately had some lessons with a bad instructor. I've been learning with mark burton for a number of months and he is a very calm and patient instructor who puts you at ease especially if you're nervous like me. My experience with Hart Lane motoring has been great experience as I have learnt a lot over the past year with my instructor Mark Burton. I just wanted to say a big thank you to Hartlane school of motoring. I passed my driving test yesterday and couldn’t be happier. I was quite nervous on the road but Mark was great at calming me down and explaining everything in detail. I had a bad experience with my last instructor from a different driving school and it knocked my confidence. If you want to take lessons and need an instructor who genuinely roots for you and wants to help you pass/be safe on the road, I couldn’t recommend this company enough. 3 months after signing up to take on this journey I never imagined that I will be passing my practical driving test on the first try. I felt like I won the lottery. I had started learning driving from last year but had to change two instructors before i moved to Hart Lane where Mark was my instructor . Driving was never my forte & i learned only to be more independent. I would have not passed if Mark was not my instructor. He was so patient with me throughout as i couldn’t pick things quickly. Even 5 days before my exam, i gave up as i wasn’t confident enough. But Mark had faith in me & he kept me positive till the time i didnt pass my test. Ciprian is a lovely guy with a lot of patience. Always takes the time to give thorough explanations, feedback and is quite flexible. He has your best interests at heart and isn't one of those instructors who will tell you that you need more lessons to try and rinse more money out of you.
