What inspired you to start your own business?
Letting and Estate Agents across the board are being fined and convicted for breaking the law. Complaints to consumer action groups are through the roof and even the biggest estate agents in England are routinely fined or convicted for failing to prove their properties are safe, managing unlicensed HMOs or misleading consumers so we decided there has to be a better way.

Let Only
We offer a Let Only service where we will advertise your property, check-in your tenants, collect deposits, holding fees, perform background checks and referencing, construct tenancy agreements, etc. You will then be responsible for managing the property.
Advertise Only
We can advertise your property on multiple housing portals and where suitable, we will refer your property for consideration by our extensive database of waiting tenants based on their needs. We will forward any enquiries on to you who will then be responsible for performing background checks, referencing, collecting deposits, registering deposits and constructing tenancy agreements as well as managing your property.
Full Management
We can fully manage your property which includes all of the above and rent collection. Also included;
• Advertising.
• Tenant Screening and selection.
• Deposit taking and registration.
• Tenant check in/check out.
• Rent collection.
• Creation and maintaining of inventory.
• Regular inspections.
• Maintenance and repairs (costs for maintenance/repairs are deducted from incoming rent or payable by yourself). And;
• Evictions where necessary (at an extra cost).
Short-Term Accommodation Management
If you're looking to earn an income from your property only at weekends or whilst your away on holiday or just want to rent a room temporarily whilst the kids are at uni, our Short-Term Accommodation Management service will be right for you.
We can take care of everything so you can really kick back and relax alongside (or away from) your guests; we take full responsibility of managing your listing, pricing, check-in and check-out, cleaning, laundry, maintenance, inspections, disputes, guest liaising and much more. Whilst your guests find a real home from home in your accommodation, you can sit back and smile as your property incomes grow.
