I like people and get on with almost everyone. Running your own business gives you a sense of building something and a sense of a job well done when you get positive feedback from your clients.

We offer a complete remote service these days. This is achieved, mainly by telephone but we use online virtual platforms as well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Before the pandemic we visited customers in person, but now the whole process is virtual. If a face to face meeting does occur we use masks and maintain social distancing.
