I have recently had PRP for the face with a low cost vitamin cocktail. The procedure was painless, they don't use needle injections which can be sore and have started seeing results after a week. Also, I recommend PRP for the hair, with the injectable gun, its so painless you don't even know its there and no local anesthetic or minimizing for numbness is required for either face or scalp. Excellent service and practice. I visited Dr Harpal due to ongoing lethargy and a series of minor health issues. After a deeply comprehensive consultation, I had my blood tests done, then after a couple of weeks received my report and follow up. This included prescriptions as well as lifestyle advice.I was prescribed bio-identical hormone therapy, as well as an adrenal rebuilder programme. After just 2 weeks, my symptoms were noticeably lessened. After 3 months my energy levels were recovered, and my cycle had normalised. I never post online reviews but I've been really impressed with the service I've received from Dr Bains and her team, who stand a mile above the other clinics I've visited.
Last Spring (2016) I started researching doctors in London who could do subtle and natural lip fillers, and buying into all the hype around one certain doctor who had been hailed as the best for fillers. Long story short I had an awful experience involving being kept waiting for four hours, a very rushed consultation with a disinterested doctor and then being left with huge lumps in my lips and no offer of having them fixed by that doctor. And I paid £600 for one syringe! I definitely learnt my lesson not to buy into PR hype when trusting any aesthetic practitioner.
It wasn't until I visited Dr Bains that I realised how bad (and disproportionately expensive) that service was. In September 2016 I found the Harpal Clinic as it was conveniently close to my office. The moment she looked at my lips she insisted we needed to dissolve the lumps of filler before she'd even consider touching them up with more. We did the procedure and then I went back the next day to have a 1ml syringe, combined with my first ever treatment of botox.
The whole team made me feel really at ease from the beginning and the results were perfect - natural looking and subtle in exactly the way I'd hoped for. She really understands what makes each person's face unique and I appreciate that she's not just about 'making lips bigger' or 'getting rid of wrinkles' but takes a considered and careful approach to bringing out the best in her patient's features. No one could tell I'd had any procedures done but just that I looked fresher and brighter.
Since then I've been back to Harpal Clinic for one more round of filler and botox, a facial, and hormone testing for skin related issues. I have absolute confidence in Dr Bains and the holistic approach that she takes, combining aesthetic procedures with treating from within to make you feel and look better. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face!

I've been coming to Harpal's clinic for the past year because of a wonderful practitioner called Violetta. If you need a wax or aesthetic treatment she is your woman.
She's friendly, makes you feel at ease and always exceeds my expectations! I will not be going elsewhere after many years of searching for a practitioner like her.
Also, the clinic do not double dip when doing a Hollywood wax which is rare to find. I would highly recommend!
The clinic is easy to locate and is less than a 5 minute walk from Moorgate Station. I recommend you put in directions to Carphone Warehouse which is right next to the clinic.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Dr Harpal Bains has had a varied and interesting career in medicine, starting with surgery whilst in the NHS and then moving on to private medicine for the past 10 years.
It all started with wanting to try something different. She was the company doctor with AKE limited, a hostile region training facility formed by former SAS elites. She trained journalists in medical survival in hostile regions.
This led her to London where she worked as a surgeon for Marie Stopes International. During this time, she pursued her postgraduate diploma in Sexual and Reproductive medicine which eventually led to working in a male sexual dysfunction clinic in Harley street. Her work in sexual dysfunction led her to testosterone and eventually the whole spectrum of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and nutritional medicine. She trained in the USA under Neal Rouzier, who is one of the foremost experts in the world in BHRT. Alongside this, she has developed her own protocol incorporating her in-depth experience to create a thorough programme to address her patients' needs and well being.
Throughout this time, she also pursued her interest in aesthetic medicine and has come up with her own protocol utilising top-notch medi skincare and treatments, botox/fillers where relevant and nutrition or hormones where indicated to give long term natural and age relevant results.
She is a die-hard fashionista and owns an embarrassing number of clothes and shoes. She even has her own fashion blog for professionals who love colour and vintage. She loves a party and can dance for hours into the night....the kind of guest that would get your party going with lots of laughs!
