House Cleaning
I used Hard Pressed for a deep clean. Their fees are fair, and they did a great job. I'm quite particular, and little places like light switches and polished taps and plug holes were all given a good clean.
Furniture was moved, windows cleaned, towels folded, bins emptied. I would highly recommend.
I'm now using them for regular cleans.

How long have you been in business?
This is our fourth year in business. It's going extremely well we have long standing happy regular clients from our very first booking and we have provided over 250 five star turnaround services to Airbnb properties! We have also helped over 100 students move out of their rented accommodation last year alone!
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We usually do, unless there are specific surfaces or allergies that require special attention. We aim to use environmentally friendly products where it is possible to, which also happen to smell fantastic.
What do you love most about your job?
We actually love being clean and tidy! All our staff have a love of paying attention to detail, when it comes to cleaning, we all love the peace that comes with a good job done, clean and tidy, smelling great & of course having happy returning customers!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We felt there was a definite gap in the market for a modern, friendly cleaning service with consistently high standards. Finding motivated domestic help can be tricky, so we wanted to fill that gap. We absolutely pride ourselves on our reputation and work incredibly hard to maintain the reputation we have built.
Why should our clients choose you?
We absolutely believe that communication is the key when it comes to any domestic services, it's quite a private & personal matter. We love constant feedback from clients. We value our relationships equally with one off jobs as we do with maintaining those who are regular.
We run entirely on reputation, we strive to have the highest standards within our industry because we want to grow and develop as time goes on.
Additionally we are fully insured CRB checked & (for pet owners) good with animals!
*We must use your vacuum/mop ect if you do have pets though to avoid cross contamination to protect those with allergies.
Post construction cleaning
We recently undertook a huge commercial post construction clean in County Durham it was very successful.
We have also done several domestic post construction clean's all of which have been valued by clients.
We recommend that an quote in person is undertook beforehand.
Cleaning
Domestic regular & deep cleaning & commercial cleaning services available. We work with reputable letting agents to provide end of tenancy cleaning services we believe we provide a service second to none.
We charge £16.80 per person per hour regular domestic cleaning.
£20 per hour per person deep cleaning or re-set cleaning.
End of tenancy cleaning
Cleaning properties for the handing over of keys! £20 per person per hour. Landlord standard
Office Cleaning
We now offer office cleaning, rates start from £16.80 per hour. We are happy to quote for consumable replenishment also as part of this service.
