I am a psychotherapist and counsellor with a particular focus on dealing with depression and anxiety. I aim to offer therapy at accessible, affordable rates. I have an office for face-to-face sessions near Four Lane Ends metro, as well as offering online therapy via messaging, video or voice call.

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and seeing them grow and improve as time goes on. Its enormously rewarding to olay a part in that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to be able to set my own pricing to make therapy a more accessible service.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am always continuing my learning, keeping an open mind to new methods and ideas. I believe therapy should be tailored to the client, working within different schools of thought to create a balanced approach.
