I’ve had quite a few lessons with Hannah who has been great every time. She really motivates you - energetic, listens to what you need & mixes up the exercises so it doesn’t get boring and you work different parts of the body. Support is fundamental in maintaining a regular exercise regime; my aim is keep you motivated, as well as offering advice on rest, recovery and a balanced diet.

Consistency is key! Whether your goal it's skill-based or aesthetic, practice and commitment is the only way to get there.

Watching clients develop a genuine desire to work hard feeds my passion to be the best coach I can be.

The benefits of exercise both physically and mentally changed my life for the better. Movement improved my fitness, increased my confidence and transformed my mental health. I became a coach to help people make the same positive changes I made.

Longevity is paramount, which is why my objective is to give you the tools to maintain an independent exercise regime. I'll help you build the knowledge, desire and ability to move safely for life.
