I hired the team of Kai, Andrew and David, which makes Handy Hancock, via Bark. My detached house had masonry falling from the ridge tiles of the roof and large areas of paint missing from the render to the upper storey.
It’s not an easy house to scaffold with large spans and three storeys to cover. Lightning scaffold managed it, although a little late.
Handy Hancock turned up on time - in fact early - and quickly got on with the job. I was kept informed of progress on a daily basis both verbally and in pictures. After each day a rigorous clean up ensured we could get about easily and, despite very cold weather, the job done inside the time allowed. The offer was made to return and clean up, after the scaffold is removed, if necessary.
I would happily recommend Kai to anyone. He advertises all aspects of roof and garden work, but I imagine he might set his hand to any general building work

Do not recommend.
I have been waiting for him to do the job since 11th August. He cancelled then as his 'van broke down'.
I then had to contact him for a new date as i needed it doing asap due to moving the shed onto the grass and not wanting the grass underneath to die. He advised he could do this a week on Tuesday, being today and he has not shown up or responded to my message from this morning asking if he was still coming. Safe to say my grass is likely to have died which will be further expense for me. It would have been better for him to just be honest and say he is not able to do the job. No point offering a service if you cannot fulfil it!!!!
Very disappointed. I would give no stars if possible.
