My daughter had been suffering with separation anxiety for sometime when she saw Andrea the first time age 9 and it was amazing to see the transformation and thought process change. We had a top up session a few months ago as we progressed to senior school as little issues were creeping back in and I am so impressed with the further change in her attitude towards school. She is now walking to and from school with friends and enjoys watching her silver jar grow and grow. Her attendance is the highest she has achieved in over 7 years in total. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this amazing therapy to everyone. Such a difference in everything my daughter does now from singing lessons and sleepovers. Thank you More...

Q&As

The opportunity to help adults, families and children overcome issues and obstacles, so they can get on with their lives and be happy!

Having worked in Human Resources in Financial Services for 17 years, I thought it was time for a change! With a growing family and a desire to learn some new skills, starting up my own business working as a therapist seemed like the perfect solution! I was able to combine all the skills I had learned working with people over the years, with the new skills I acquired through my training. I am so lucky to have a great job, where I spend every day helping people have a better life!

Because I have been in practice for 13 years, I am well qualified with diplomas in counselling, psychotherapy and hypnotherapy and a certificate in life coaching. I have specialised training in working with children and work in a local school every week, helping children overcome all sorts of issues. I am a hypnotherapy supervisor supporting newly qualified therapists. I regularly appear on both local and national radio and write articles for various different publications.
